It’s our goal to make every guest—from the feistiest critters to the most mellow senior—feel completely at home.

Boarding accommodations and rates

Now Boarding can accommodate up to 12 little critters at a time in our clean, climate-controlled environment. We welcome rabbits, ferrets, guinea pigs, gerbils, hamsters, mice, rats, birds, lizards, snakes, and more. ** Please note: We are not able to accommodate snakes that need to be fed live prey.

Boarding: $30

You can use one of our cages or bring your own. If your pet requires specialized equipment (lights, heaters, etc.), we ask that you bring them along for your pet’s stay. During busy times (holidays, spring break), our larger cages are reserved for rabbits and multiple pets.

Day boarding: $17

Try our convenient day boarding option if you’re remodeling, taking a day trip, or have a family emergency that will keep you from home for the day. Day boarding provides care for up to 15 hours (not overnight). 

Not sure what your pet will think about Now Boarding? Day boarding is a great way to meet our experienced staff and get to know our services and suites.

We charge in half-day increments for overnight boarding, and we bill on a 24-hour cycle that starts at the time of your check-in. That means you’re only charged for the time your pet is with us. 

Now Boarding guests receive a 50% discount for additional critters in a shared cage.

What to pack

It’s our goal to make Now Boarding home away from home. Here are a few additional tips that will help your critter settle in.

• Bring environment essentials, such as a heating lamp, running wheel, toys, etc.

• Familiar comforts are always helpful! Bring any special bedding.

• Provide your pet’s regular food, supplements, and treats. Include extra in case your travel is delayed. Include any fresh fruits and veggies that your critter is used to having. We can provide food pellets, hay, or non-pellet birdseed for an additional charge.

• If you bring your own cage, please bring a plastic water bottle as well. No need to bring dishes.

• If you cover your pet’s cage at night, please drop the cover off at check-in.
